I have learnt all the buffs as high as I can and I have all the other party buffs except this, I lvl 61 and done all my Spirtual culti, but it says prereq skill too low, help me please?!

    You need to MAX your skill to level 10 and after you can learn it.

    You need a lvl 10 Celestial Guardian Seal.
