FB 19 Delay Help

So, I'm a lvl 32 veno who was unfortunately prevented from doing fb 19 because of a glich untill a couple days ago when I was around lvl 29. Anyways, instead of heading right in I decided to level up a bit more, however now when I look under normal quests I do not see the call to duty quest available anymore. I still have the challenge associated with the dungeon available but not the call to duty. Have I missed my chance at doing the fb 19 due to my leveling, or am I just missing something?

    the quest becomes unavailable by about 10 lvls i beleive....found that out with a wizzie friend of mine.

    go and talk to the elder i think they have it so who ever couldn't finish now can unless you got your 29 spirit lvl thing

    Talk to the Elder, I did my FB19 when I was around 3X.
