Rare pet problems.

So.. anyone have tips on how to get rare pets?
I dont have time to play regularly ,maybe a few hours each week and weekends of course , so how could i get shaodu cub/windwalking piggy .. so far have tried to get the pig for about 2 months... no luck catching.. and ill never get enough money to buy it.

So , please help me b:bye

    ive tried the lvl 30s powders but really they only slow me down .. and yeah i know the spawn times but mostly have only 2 tries every week (weekends)
