Few genie skills

Ladydeadlock - Heavens Tear

I have some remarks about two of the genie skills I've tested, I'm not sure if they are working properly.

First, Poisonous Swarm, "reduce speed [...] randomly drains HP, MP, Chi by X . I've only used it on mobs and I've seen both chi, mp and speed debuff status on the mobs. But I have yet to see HP drain working! I have never seen any such debuff icon on the mob and wondering therefore if it's not bugged or something?

And Virulent Poison.. Deals wood damage equal to X times the amount drained over 3 seconds. Confused over the damage values here.. I've tried on mobs and it does zero damage on'em.
