My friend was buying prepaid mastercards to purchase zen.
He used alot.
Paypal assumed this was creditcard hacking
Perfect world banned his account.

Are there precautions I can take to prevent this?

I am unsure if this suggestion is invalid for you:

    - Avoid the above-mentioned process entirely.
    - Buy Prepaid cards from 7-11 or Target

Talking to PayPal would be the best bet. When PayPal flags something our system just bans it, we're not doing it maliciously.

But yeah, if you can get your hands on Perfect World prepaid cards you shouldn't experience this problem

If disputes are opened, then the account is automatically banned for the reversed charge. In this situation, the user needs to contact PayPal directly to resolve the issue. We accept prepaid credit cards, but if you are making ZEN payments often, you may want to look into using a bank account or actual credit card to avoid your friend's issue.
