Transfer zhen porblems?

Not to be potentially redundant, but is there an issue with the zhen transfer, or is it just on mine? Just wondering cause it's not working for me..... If it's messed up then oh well, but if it just me then i'll try another system. Thanks =)

    There were some problems with the site and the East servers which should all be cleared up by now.
