Unable to log into game - heaven's tear

<_<;...I guess I forgot to say that I play on Heaven's Tear a west coast server.



I just finished patching my PW this morning and I was even able to press the "start" button on the patcher, but once it gets to the "notice" part, I found it a bit odd when I saw it say "The page cannot be found." I ignored this, and pressed "confirmed" and proceeded to logging in, however once I typed all my information in, I instantly got a popup that said "unable to connect to server."

I double checked the site and the patcher and they both say that the server was up. I was able to play without any issues last night before the server went down for maintenance. I even restarted my computer and downloaded the manual patch, no luck.

p.s. yes i did see that link and noticed that it had nothing to do with the west coast servers, so yes, I'm still finding it odd as to why I'm having this issue especially when they said it doesn't effect west coast servers.

We can log into the west coast servers just fine.

Only East coast servers are having issues right now..

i have never had a problem logging in but after the reset this evening i no longer can log into the harshlands server =/

havent had trouble logging in but since the patch heaven's tear has been disconnecting every 30 seconds to 5 minutes. oddly enough i can extend that time by having another online game running in the background.

Perhaps this is what I've been having trouble with as well. >.<
