Herc nerfed?

I havent tested it out just yet but from what other venos herc has been weakened.

On the strong buff t says his evasion is reduced to 0, though it dosent show.

Has anyone else found this to make it harder to tank with herc?

    It was like that for a while now. Not from patch 188.

    do you know if they stated it in a patch note in the past? i havent myself tried out herc, but other venos have complained so idk xD

    That eva decrease was always there, just hidden. Solandri discovered that while testing Mist/Sand on a mob. They actually just got around to putting it in the skill description, since we were discussing it, I'm guessing.

    I noticed starting from patch 182 or 184. Not sure if it was there before. It was the first time in a long time since I actually read herc's buff tooltip.

    Ok thanks guys, ill keep telling the other venos thats its in their head xD but so far no one believes me.

    is there anyway a Gm can confirm this since it wasnt in the patch notes?

    It's not a nerf. It's been there for a very long time (since atleast April, and probably earlier... one of the first things I noticed when I got my herc was that nothing ever missed it), the cause of the 0 evasion just wasn't known until recently and even then, I don't think anyone had narrowed it down to that one specific buff.

    Even if this 0 evasion was true, it's not a big problem. I mean, hercs have an incredible amount of pdef with the buff.
