Human (BM) Culti Quest glitched?

I know no one wants to hear this, but my guildmate was attempting to perform her 19 cultivation, however the frozen wolfkins will not drop the sprite.
I've checked her log multiple times and she confirms that it IS in fact from the wolfkins, and not the flower.
Has anyone else got this glitch yet?
