"Cauterize - Energy cost reduced by 10. Base success rate reduced slightly. Genie Strength and Dexterity points now increase the success rate by 1% per 4 points (up from 10 points)."

20% base reduction is "slight"? The skill barely procs now, I've used it 10 times and only ended up getting ticked for 1k.

Thanks for making a skill that was useful in rebirth now totally useless b:surrender

EDIT: could you at least reduce cooldown?
Bladestorm lets you spin around like a carnival ride and do damage. Not using it is almost like having a move called Confetti Rocket Power Leap and saving it for "emergencies"
