Archer character's head

When i make a new character, usually in the elf class the picture of my character's head is really big. When i mean the picture, i mean when you click on the character in game and it shows the hp and faction ect and a picture of that character. I can nevee t small and it is getting on my nervesssss. Is there a way to make it smaller. Btw i've already tried to modify it, the head is as small as it will go. I'm at wit's end T.T b:cryb:surrender
