Cant Get Confirmation Message

I have been trying to purchase Zen online for 10 days but am unable to because I have not received a confimation code yet. I have sent a number of tickets to customer service accounting and so forth: but have not received a reply. Is this normal. It really is making me blue. Very Very Bad customer service. deathbyslider

    Don't send in multiple tickets as you send yourself to the end of a very long queue everytime you do. May even get blocked due to spammage. Just be patient they will answer.
