Skill Bug???

A friend has just told me that there is a bug that stops all 'Untamed' classess from learning new skills! b:shocked
I have searched the forums and found nothing to confirm this but dont want to continue leveling my character if its true!!!
Anyone else heard of this?

What they were referring to was the untamed Cultivation Quest bug, It has been fixed with this patch...Zetarana - Arcane Veno
