Error message after updating pw

I forgot what this meant. Anyways I have pw installer from along time ago, ever since pw came out. Game version 1. I downloaded and installed the patches. Then I try to launch pw and it shows this error. Halp?

We have an updated game client that is at v166, then you can patch to version 184.
