Blademaster: Changing stating in later stages

What's up fellow blademasters?
I have a question for you all or those who care to answer. I made a Blademaster recently and I was wondering when to do the following...Well right now I am doing 3str 1dex 1vit per lvl and I was thinking at around lvl 70 start doing 3str 2dex. Is lvl70 a good place to start stating like this? Also thought maybe do it when my vit is like 60/70. Basically when should I implement the change.
Next question is, how should I shard. Mag shards or Hp? And where? Armor, Necklaces etc...
OH and does the restating work if I want to do Axe/Hammer and pole in endgame stages?

if ur on a pve server, u can cap the vit at around 50-60points then use 3-str 2-dex, if u r on a pvp server, i'd suggest sticking w/ the 3-str, 1-dex, 1-vit build till 90+ for survivability.

shard w/ hp shards, and use mdeff necklace and belt.

the build u r useing allows u to use axes and polearms the whole time.
