Bug or something with FrostCity

Now that FrostCity ahs been Patched and even a challange to complete it has been offered I an a few of our Faction decided to try it out. Here is what we got. No drops at all (Yeah none) and when We finished the frist boss (which I must say is fun) we continued on and still got no drops. After killing frist Boss. A Npc appears for the Fallen City Quest. She tells you to continue on to Holan which is further in the Event. When you Get to Holan you are suppsoed to talk to Him and after 3 mobs which you have to kill one to finish the frist part of quest to see How hard the Boss will be from what I understand never showed UP. after standing around and playing hind and seek when could not get the boss mad enough to ever show up.
So for the time we spent in there. I got a 11k repair bill, no Drops and can see no way to finish the challange and get a coupon of any kind.

So is this a bug or did I read wrong that drops were going to be changed and tokens added. Instead I think it should read. No dorps at all, No way to complete and Coupon is never going to happen.

Oh I wouldnt say anything But this was the second trip. (Frist Boss was fon though) Just keep moving is my advice.

So the FrostCity quest would not continue at Holan. No drops (at all ) Coins nothing. 2 Trips 2 times same thing= waste of hours

If this is a BUG please fix I would like to at least try for a coupon.
