Having A Problem Updating

Hello Tech Support.

I just tried to open up PWI, and the update settings window opens up, asking me to choose a server to update from. I choose patch_2, and it comes back asking me to choose a server. I try patch_1 and it returns saying the same thing. I try to change the settings so that the update will download automatically, or I don't want to manually select servers, it still happens. I close out of PWI Update Client, and try to restart it, and it doesn't work either.

What can I do to fix this?

    Yes, they came up with 'Patcher file corrupt' or something along those lines.

    Are you sure your patch file download was complete before you tried to use it? It may take a little while to download the whole patch, so make sure it's complete before attempting to install it.

    I'm having the same problem with the manual files.. Auto-update wont work either, it's been at the same spot for an hour and keeps telling me to try again.

    I'm having the same problem with the manual files.. Auto-update wont work either too.

    yea i get the same problem except mine is with the elementclient.exe T_T i wanna play but now it's time for class please fix this by the time i get back!!! b:sad

    The same things happening to me!

    When I try use the manual patcher it comes up with 'Error- Update Files Corrupted'

    Please help, I wanna play (:

    dun to that! anyways, try verifying your client files, or check your network connections! CLASS TIME!

    oh my word...it has been almost like 2 or 3 days since I've tried to get on pw...but when i press update or change update settings it just says "unable to proceed with update"! what am i suppose to do?

    So far, the only way I've found to update has been to COMPLETELY uninstall the game and then reinstall it and let hte update run.

    Outside of that...I don't know what else too do. Could someone from Tech Support give us an update on how to fix this? The element client and the manual patches don't work either.

    as soon as i log in i get a bug report and it throw me out of the gameb:sad
    don't know what to do anymore.
    i did the update normal way,then could not log in say outdated. Then did verification and keep on getting error on that. I downloaded the manual patch but because i have it updated to 192 version it don't want to take the patch. I restarted my p c several times but nothing works. I am downloading the other patch now to see if that will work the 166-192 to see if that one will work. b:sad waiting to play the game.

    I went to re-try on auto-update with patch 2 and it work!
