where and what is old heaven's tear?

also, where is this nightscream island? 0.o

    Man it's been so long I forgot how to start the quest to go to Old Heaven's Tear. I do remember that you have to be level 70+ to receive the quests to get into it, it's the past where you can access more mobs, quests, forges to create level 79 & 100 skills, and pretty high level equipments.

    Nightscream island can be accessed on the red instance glow area located at Dreamweaver boat.

    The quest for OHT is wraith's ploy once completed you can enter OHT.
