I had both Crusader Orders for the level 60. I dont remember the crusader order number but when I was turning them in, I clicked okay and all the ****. Went off the quest, the dude had the gold flag above him and when I went to click on him, the flag disappeared and the quest said failed.

Which specific Crusader Orders were they?
