    ok the answer to this:
    Go to your email - go to the "Verification e-Mail" it should be from PWI about the Purchase of zen saying go to this link to verify your account details.

    On the link, Fail all 5 attempts, the cash will be refunded.

    They send you another email. its a MANUAL RECOVERY.

    Fill in the answers correctly (they add 2 more questions so you can get it right)
    They will reply to you in an email saying here are the ones you missed.

    Security Answer: *****

    Then rebuy the zen :) auto-accepted in a split-second.

    my acount has been blocked from making transactions to pwe. I dont know if this was how its supposed to go, but I dont know where to go formhere. And yes, I did send in a ticket too

    Just be patient on the ticket reply. Your wait may be 2-5 business days but hopefully sooner b:victory
