    I am not so sure about PayPal. Tried using it yesteday and I am still waiting for the pending status to go. Its been over 15 hours btw.

    I'm having a similar problem. I ordered $80 worth of Zen, (Originally was just $50, but did $30 more to see if it was just the amount I ordered that made it not work) and I'm still waiting on the PEnding issue. Already sent in a ticket, been like .. 19 Hours for me :\..

    Edit :: Already at 25 hours of waiting. It's passed what was supposed to only be 24 hours.

    Paypal has a known issue in that at times they take 24 hours to review your payment. It is being worked on so it hopefully won't happen again sometime in the future.

    As far as payment options for PayByCash, we do not have control over what is available in any region. That is purely on PayByCash and the options that they have available so I would advise contacting them and finding out if that option will become available to your region once again.
