    I called PWI for a billing issue once related to Gold, and long story short, the person on the phone had to log into the game to assist me. He got a crowd of curious onlookers within 15 seconds of showing up. I suspect they don't log on that often, as they get slammed with messages of help, ideas, complaints or just plain silliness.

    It can't be that easy to be a GM for a free MMO. I salute them for their efforts.

    Keep up the good work Guys and Gals of the GM Staff.
