Faction Titles

Ok I am a Marshall in a faction. I want to know why that only the leader and director are allowed to banish. I can from another game where officers had the option to kick players from the guild that were causing issues.
This is a suggestion to change so Marshalls can banish players. As well as I would like to see others opinions on this.

    this suggestion isnt good, cuz the leader and the director are both leaders of the faction, and marshal is an officer that they picked. if u banish someone but the leader didnt want him banished, it could make a whole bunch of problems.

    the reason only director and leader can banish is becuz they choose who they want to banish, if u dont like someone they wont just banish him becuz of that
    neither will they about the issues only u see.

    if u want someone banish i suggest u talk to the leader

    Officers are picked by the leader and director for what reason then. Just to invite people a executor can do same thing. In the game I came from the officers were picked by the leader to help keep guild orderly. The point to the officer was to kick trouble makers. Like in this game scammers or say people that make your faction look bad by their actions. I never said it had to be people the officer hated but if you can't as a officer do more then talk to the member doing bad things than its a wasted title.

    I agree, there is not much difference right now between Marshals and Executors. I've seen many cases where someone from a faction should get kicked out immediately, while the leader and director are not online. Marshals should have that power.

    While slightly more work a possible idea would be to implement a "Permissions" system, where the Leader and/or Director can assign whatever abilities they want to each rank. So for example if they wanted Marshals to be able to banish people from faction, they just have to check a little box, and if they wanted them to be able to set titles, that is a different little checkbox. This idea allows the most flexibility as factions that want it to stay as is can keep it, and factions wanting to give marshals and even executors more power could as well.

    All that said, I don't hold much hope for seeing this idea implemented, there are plenty of other things for them to work on.

    On topic, I am indifferent here since we have never needed to use the insta-ban hammer on anyone (i.e. we never had to ban someone cause of bad behaviour, so this never really came up).
