how long does ticketing take?? question for gms

I submitted a ticket for an anniversary mount trade on sunday the 6th and followed all the instructions such as sell it to an npc and give the time and date of the sale. So far I have no confirmation or mount so I have two questions, how long it normally takes to get a ticket response and whether tickets are really backed up right now.b:thanks

Normal response time is 3 to 5 business days, but we currently are experiencing a high volume of tickets. I'd say your best bet is to wait it out a bit longer, and remember that when you re-submit a ticket it bumps your previous one down to the bottom of the list.
