feature request: chat monitor

I'd like to be able to monitor chats for certain regex while game client is minimized.

...what?

I mean, to set up cat shop somewhere in Archo, call Chat Monitor dialog box, type in:

whisper|TT|LT

, minimize the client and go read some docs / code some code / watch some anime / troll some forums, while the client monitors chat windows and begins to blink its tray icon as soon as someone:

* sends me a whisper
* says something like "gathering squad for TT1-2" in local or world chat, or
* asks something like "is LT afk?" in guild chat.

I don't think you can leave messages in your own shop. You can leave them in other player's shops, but not your own. Anyways, that's not what she's suggesting. LT is suggesting that when you minimize the window, it lets you know whenever certain keywords come up in the chat window (such as the player's name, or party requests for certain areas).

Yes, exactly.
Should be easy to implement and doesn't require any server-side changes, BTW.
