I can't upgrade some skills

I can't upgrade some skills.. When I want to click on it, it says: 'Prerequisite level too low' but I want to upgrade it to lvl 1 >.< I have enough money and spirit, and my spiritual cultivation lvl is also high enough.. Can someone help me?
8x Cleric (Sanctuary)
6x Veno (Sanctuary)
5x Assasin (Harshlands)
3x Archer (Sanctuary)

    Prerequisite level too low means that you have to learn some skill to learn that new skill.. well look skills description it will say wat skill u need to learn before you can learn that other :D
