cultivation quest

Hey, i just made a barb and got it up to level 9 and went to go get my cultivation quest. the quest said to talk to the mystic tao or whatever it is. and i did that then i got no other quests

is this a glitch or have a missed something, im not level 12 and still no cultivation quest and i cant get my skills.

    The same stuff happened to me with 2 barbarians...i don't know what's up!b:cry

    its a bug that should be fixed soon it blocks the level 9 cultivation of the untamed
    its impossible to always do the right thing we all make mistakes i am not different from that
    just try to be a good person
