genie"s EXP and LV-up

my character and my genie are at the same LV,but...actualy my genie starts to consume more and more spirit points(i prefer to level-up with spirit)
for a LV i need to give him/her 3500-4000 spirit points for each LV

1 the genies amount of EXP/spirit necessary differs from each one???
for example dicipline genie needs more spirit than infliction to level-up???

2 acording to a rumor in the genies are able to change thier apearance based on his/her lucky points,is that thruth??? and if is truth,what can i do to increase his/her lucky points and how can that "evolution afect my genie "

3 i read in another website that a player can recieve EXP-cubes after beating a quest,what quest would give me exp-cubes???

    1. nop they all the same

    2. yh genie does change when u get more LP

    3.dont sure but u do get every 30 or so levels from the watcher of earth guy but the cube u get isnt much
