Some Untamed Modifications

Badinore - Dreamweaver

Well as all we know the Untameds can transform into White tigers and Foxes.
A good change that the game can do is let the barbarians transform into grey wolfs or brown (nvm) and the venos transform into white wolfs.

Also make a male option to the venomancers and a female option to the barbarians, this is a very important thing.
Because many players want to be venomancers but they are males.
Or the same thing with the barbarians. When i started to play i wanted to be a barbarian but u can only be a male.

Similar threads pop up in here every couple days. This suggestion has been in the Compilation Thread since February or earlier, if it hasn't happened yet, I hate to say it probably never will. But I would love to become a wolf.

Well is most important to have both genders on all classes that transform into wolfs...
I think that is 100% nesesary that the game make that change.

Game has been around for 1 year already without that change being implemented, Venos are said to be the overwhelming population of most servers. You still think it is "100% nesesary"?

Yes... there are a lot of venos that are mens... if u ask them if they would like to be males... well i think u know the answer couse is a little bit obvius...
For example i would like a lot to be a Barbarian but they are just males... i used to have one but its not the same.

The part I highlighted in red, I'm not sure what you mean by that. Did you mean that guys who play venos are perverts and don't want to play as males or that they don't want to play as females but are forced to because of the gender restriction? I'm not being sarcastic here either, I'm honestly confused.

Yeah, there's a lot of topics made asking for this same thing. Judging by that, one would think that the majority of people are asking for it. Fact is that the majority just think to themselves "Oh well, I'll just play as a chick/dude." and carry on with their gaming. Only a few that are bothered enough by it come onto the forums asking to remove the gender restriction.

Maybe it's just because I play fighting games too much but I really don't care what gender I play as. Fighting games have set characters so there's no option to choose gender. Seriously, it's just a game.

As much as I would like to be a veno, and fight side by side with man's best friend, I also don't want to alter the stories of ancient man(not ahead of schedule at least). The biggest change I would like to have is the Untamed transformations match up. Guy venos is too ig a change to the myth.

PW is an MMORPG. That means it is a Massively Multiplayer Online ROLE PLAYING GAME. Anyone who actually feels uncomfortable playing a character with a different gender from their own, probably has some issues to work out. This is a game. I have male chars and female chars. The untamed class is a specifically gender restricted class which has no negative repercussions on the playability of that class; besides that point, I know some kickass barbarian ladies and venomancer blokes. Actually, carry that further, I have encountered plenty of people playing a character of the opposite gender who were not 'forged' to do so by the game's design. There's no shame in it .

Like Ikurei, I guess I'm used to Street Fighter type games (where most of the avatars were male) so I got accustomed to playing the opposite gender. I'm getting grumpy with seeing people asking for the untamed to be dual gendered, I rather like it the way it is =P.

i could play a female character. only an insecure man couldnt do so. the only reason i dont is that the veno battle style bores me. Now, having a melee based veno would work for me, but that will never happen. There is no point to making the Untamed classes open to both genders. just make the character and shut up.

the only thing that needs to change is the True Forms. everything else(except the culti bug) is fine the way it is.

Fox form veno. Also, I don't really care about the true/fox form thing much either. I'm already playing as a girl.

i tried that once, fox form veno. its too weak for my tastes. besides, i mean a veno that can control pets, but the overall battle style is more like a barbarian's. kind of a half veno, half barb. that would be awesome, but will never happen.

True, a FF veno works best in a team and has some amazing skills which are very well suited to PvP.

Running solo, or PvE only, a FF veno will be generally fairly average in terms of damage or tanking ability (don't start a veno QQ thread please - I am really referring to SOLO only).

I played a barb for a few levels, I would find that even weaker as a combination with a pet than the veno. Maybe it's my own playstyle though.

It would be fun to turn into my 'true' form - i.e. a bat, same as I see barbs asking to turn into pandas and wolves every other day. I can live without it though...
