This patch has brought everythign down in price that u need for PvE i mean Subs are back to what they use were and shards r there for u at a good price and just the whole PvE aspect of the game is back.


The PvP though is damage not because of the weapons because of the godly tomes and shards that r out there but nothing is perfect i was rdy to leave but this game knows what they r doing.

    I know im shocked at it too but u know cooler heads live forever and now my head is cool and i see everything as a whole and like i said except for those godly shards these event is helping the game

    For PvE charms are really only needed for RB/zhen, and those two are optional.
    and yes for PvP cost and balance this patch pretty much sucked but for PvE its not to bad.

    then go TT, a good amount of the teams sent will die

    charms are cheaper now compared to gold, as i can get a charm for the equivalent of 2 gold (gold selling for 400k, and charms cost ~800k)

    So for charms this works out ok as well. (If you are not EXTREMELY cheap with IRL money, you can get a charm for ~$2) And if you are just a cheapskate, then wait a week or so and the gold should come back down b:laugh

    You are right and thats my fault I forgot about the higher TT's and FB's

    Let me rephrase what I ment: For 90% of PvE charms are not needed

    I'm going to try to keep a tally on everyone who says this :3. That way I can pull out a huge list of quotes, next to: "ORLY?", next month, when prices stay the same.

    My point is; Gold prices in the game trend only upwards, and the Cash Shop items get more and more OP with every patch. I imagine the Tideborn Assassin will have a skill named "GilToss" (FFV Reference) where you can just throw money at the enemy (I do mean literally this time).

    But we shall see.



    Oh and by the way, I disagree that this patch has improved PvE. What do I care about Sub Prices? I won't be farming TT, when the only items I need are best gotten from the Cash Shop. Shards are also entirely irrelevant, as I could PvE successfully with unrefined, unsharded, white equipment. The point of the shards was for PvP and to show off. What does affect my PvE though, is the price of Gold Charms, because even just doing BH/Cube everyday I knock off too much of it to be cost effective (God forbid I try Rebirth or TT).

    Well god forbid u dont need subs.

    And ppl u dont need charms more so on clerics there r many things u can do instead of charms and also barbs dont need charms if they know what they r doing

    improved PvE ? I (and not only I) lost the will and the motivation to run instances when ppl did what u have to do in months by winning a stupid 1 dollar lottery

    PvP is broken
    PvE is ruined and not funny anymore

    and stop with the gold price thing, every sale or event u "protector of PWE" guys say (and GMs too) that golds will go down

    Personally, after the huge amount of complaints during JJ I decided to give things a chance after a GM told us it was all part of a system to balance the economy and lower gold prices in the long run. Back then gold was 200k...

    ....and I waited and gave it a chance and pwi responded with a month long anniversary pack sale, utterly destroying the economy and bumping gold to double it's previous inflated value. b:surrender
