cant find my chars

hi ive just received a mount gift but i cant find my chars when i log in u need a lvl 5 char to get the mount so it must still b there plz help i havent played in a while i had a cool mount and stuff and now cant get the anniversary gift even tho my chars received it i just installed the update to and verified it my chars are still there cos the name is till there
