TT90 Golden Armors

Belligero - Sanctuary

So I've been looking at TT equipment for a while now, and the little yellow text below the Legendary TT90 Armor made me curious [Brute, Oracle, General Sets.]

For example, for the heavy armor, each armor says "Brute's Power (4)" and I'd like to know what this indicates if it has any significance at all.

My best guess would be that it's a bonus buff you get if you collect and equip the whole set at once, but I could be far off.

Would be nice if someone clarifies before I consider what my next set will be. Thank you.

Yes, they give bonuses when the whole set is equipped.
Lionrex Heart, for example. If you equip 2 pieces, you get a +0.05 attack speed bonus. 4 pieces and you get +str bonus, can't recall how much. The whole set (6 pieces, including accessories) and another bonus.
