LA or Arcane whats cheaper?

whats the cheaper wiz biuld? LA or Arcane thx.

    arcane is cheaper. At 90 you need to restat to arcane if your la and that costs 15 gold.

    Mmmm, I'd say LA is cheaper, you can get by with very crappy gear and still do decent. As arcane, you almost need everything to be 3* with pdef/hp mods on them. LA, most of your defense is given by the pdef mod on the armor... so you don't need to be as picky. When you do hit 90, the restat is 15 gold like Mizorie pointed out, but if you compare that to all the cheaper gear you can get away with on LA, I'd have to say LA is cheaper.

    but doesn't that make LA more expensive? DX because you need to buy the arcane gear as well when you restat. (>.<)
    so arcane = money on gear
    LA = money on restat + money on gear arcane already has. DX


    me plan is to stick arcane all the way and use me noob power level so quickly that me don't notice the gear problem. xD

    There are alot of very good LA molds that are really cheap (armor of grieving sorrow, dark shinguards of hedes, blood bracers of fang/sleeves of sea captain, etc) and you can buy those instead of some pretty expensive 3* items. You just don't need to be very picky with LA, because the molds give you almost everything you need, so u can just stick with them.

    I always looked at it where I wanted it cheap while I leveled up, and maybe a little more expensive later on. Remember, when you're 6x or 7x... 1 million might be a lot, as you start getting closer to 90... 1 mil is almost nothing. If I'm able to afford my gear when I'm lower, then have a one time expensive to convert over (that isn't so expensive later on)... thats what I want to do :P

    I hear a lot of people say this, and I'm wondering why that is. What about the wizard changes when you hit 90 that would make them more effective with the arcane?

    A particular skill?
    Unusual stat growth?

    I'm currently using light armor, so I'm a little curious.

    The difference between 90 and pre-90 in the amount of money you spend on your armor tbh, damage gets a big boost buts its really about the money you spend and time.

    When your pre-90 its all ill be switching to my 60 armor soon or 70's gear is right around the corner.

    At 90 its like im here....for months.

    So you can spend more money on your armor because not like your going to get a new weapon any time soon, sure at 99 but you wont be getting that for a while.

    At 90 you spend money refining your arcane for more hp, you buy high grade pdef shards to socket your armor with. You get belt and necklaces and rings that are all tailored to you not dieing, to be the best you can get.

    So eventually you are no more a weak little i cant take a hit arcane wizard, your a ill kill you with a crit *****.

    And also the damage is a big difference. Pre-90 your like well i dont want to keep spending loads of money on my armor and i want to survive so ill go light armor, the dmg will be lower but i wont die so all is good.

    But at 90 you spend the money on your armor so now you dont need the easy way out that is light armor. You can now hit hard with the 100+ int added so its the difference of ...uhhh on the top of my head id say:

    light armor 4.5k-5.5k dmg
    pure: - 6k-7.8k dmg

    Thats may not be accurate but you can get what im trying to say.
