Hi, i just have a few short questions~ :) 1: why is that when im in sqd i never get any of the drops i do mean never , it dosent matter the how high the lvl s are of the other players are, i give as much fight as the other player s and also die lol more than them if necssary , it bother s me that i never get any of the drops can u plz look into this problem for me?> 2: Now i was lookin at my registeration date and for some reason it sas November 30,i m wonderin how that could be when i was here in september and ireciveved a banned for 3rd world tradin didnt know it was wrong but however idi recieve the punishement and it was for like 4-7 days long i thin again recieved another 4 the same offense and was banned for like 3 weeks cause idid nt know wut 3rd world tradin meant at the time but u all made me very aware of wut it meant , so my question is why did i not recieve the annuvarsy gift when i was registered before september 30 my infractions were made on jinxzz, i m just wonderin. On a guud note just to let u know i love this game and i m loyal player and i m kinda hurt due to these 2 problems i have if u could plz help me with them it would greatly appreciated ~ Your LOYAL and FAITHFUL PLAYER BabyDoll~:)b:cuteb:kissb:thanks

    It's very simple really. Open the squad window, at the bottom right is Item Distribution. If yours is set on random, that's why. At max, there's only a 1 in 6 chance that you'll get the drops that you pick up. Set it to free. If you still aren't getting the drops, then one or more of your squad members have it set on random. It can't be reset unless your not in a squad. Tell them to leave the squad because they're stealing your drops and to set it to Free Distribution. If your in the middle of an fb or something, then do it one member at a time, and quickly, so as to avoid sending the members out of the instance.

    As for you not getting the anniversery mount, your supposed to submit a ticket. If they didn't give it to you because of the 3rd World Trading(I have no idea what that means), that's just plain wrong. They can't punish you for a crime you've already served time for. That's wrong.
