Hey, Im looking into "fashion" Ive seen a few people selling items like this and Im wondering if you can create them from scratch? If so is there a database or anything that can give me a list of the componants needed? Id really appreciate any information you could give me on this and if they can be enchanted or anything like that.

    Nope, you can only buy them from the boutique/other players. Can't make fashion (you can dye it different colors though).
