Characters are gone.

I had a lvl 30 something Veno && two other characters. I quit playing PW for a few months but i just updated and logged in but i don't see any of my characters anymore!! When i tried to make a new character with my old ones name (PORCELIN) it says that she still exists, how do i get her back??

    Have you checked all the servers? And are you sure you are on the correct account?

    yes i have! i'm pretty upset considering i really don't want to have to go through all the quests again. also, if i have no characters on my account how will i be able to recieve my birthday mount?

    Try a verify from the launcher, after making absolutely sure you've checked all servers.

    I just did & double checked all the servers, she's still not there. Is there not a way you can view my characters i've had on this account? Or search which username PORCELIN was made under? I never made any different accounts, that i can remember though. b:cryb:cry

    Unfortunately, our GM contacts are (mostly) off during weekends. Try submitting a ticket at http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing

    Btw, one last thing I can ask you, did you check your available avatars? If you have characters, they'll show up there.

    Something similar to this happened on an account I had on another MMORPG(that I'd rather not mention cuz it sucked so bad it almost blinded me). Unfortunately, when this happened to me, I was ****, and was lucky enough to find the culprit and have him banned. Unlike on that other game, on this game the GMs actually give a **** about us, so if you report a hacking, they will investigate and have the culprit banned, instead of you having to find out yourself. As for your characters, when something is deleted, it's gone. If you were ****, I think your out of luck. But since it was a level 30 something, you should be able to recover it after a week of hard work, might be even stronger this time.

    Looks like on both of your accounts, none of the characters were over level 5 before September 30th, 2008 because all of your current characters were created between Dec 2008, up to this month.

    So you do not meet the requirements for the mount, sorry.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
