Will the Glitch Mess Up my character?

Ok so I have been told that the Untamed Cultivation Quests are for the time being glitched, so my question is this: If I wait till its fixed and continue to level my character, can I still get the skills later or will it mess up my character somehow? I know that I was supposed to have been able to get the White Tiger morphing power at level 9, right now Im Like level 18, will I be able to make up the quests I am unable to get when this problem gets fixed? Any help would be muchly appreciated and thank you for your time. :)

    Wont mess you up, but its a pain in the **** to level up/quest without new skills. Plus, its downright boring.
