ummm ok so i opened the mail and got my mount but now i want to switch it to a diff. character. can a gm help pls?

    This has already been answered if you check around:

    "If you would like us to transfer your mount, please follow these instructions:

    1. Go to: http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing and LOGIN.
    2. Your ticket MUST include the following subject line: Anniversary Mount Transfer
    3. Include this template:

    Account name:
    Account's registered email:
    Server name:
    Character name that received the mount:
    Character name that you want the mount on:

    *Note: Choosen character must be from the same account on the same server

    In addition you will need to then sell your mount to a NPC and tell us the time and day it was done. Upon confirmation we will have the item created and sent to your mailbox.

    Please be patient as we process your request. Do not send multiple emails regarding the same issue as they will be ignored. "
