Server problems

Hey.

Ever since the new patch, I've been unable to log into the game. My game was working fine until then. I've tried nearly everything I can think of, and even called my net service this morning to see if there was something they could do. They said that my net was working fine, so... this brings me back to here. I've checked all over the trouble shooting section of the forum, and I still can't find a solution. I'm not the most computer savvy persona in the world, but if there's something that I can try, please let me know.

    I had the same problem. Tried everything I could. I even tried uninstalling planning to reinstall the game. Now I can't get it to reinstall... I wouldn't recommend uninstalling the game.
    It's too bad but "free to play, pay to win"-sckye

    These "updates" are seeming more and more like downgrades.

    I already did that. I manual patched all the way from version 1 to 182. Still nothing.

    How did you download it? if i use the torrent version it just goes inactive. If i use direct download, it just stays at 0% with no activity for some reason.

    I still have the installer from when I first installed the game.

    Before any GM says for me to try again at a different time. I have. Multiple times throughout the day. And still the same thing.

    And I have tried to log into other servers. Same thing.

    Ya i have been having the same problem. Ever since the last update haven't been able to connect to server. Tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling and that didn't work. Then i tried manual updates all the way up and that didnt work and I dont know what else to try

    i have problem with log in,acctuali i was disconected from ste server and after few min. i try to log in and he say user is alredy conected....i try with restart comp. and nothing.....pls some1 help!!!!

    Please Note!! All Attempts To Remedy The Problems Have Been Pointless. I Have Spent Countless Hours,trying To Remedy The Situation.all Players Not On Are Losing Sales, Money, Even The Opportunity To Over Sell, .5 Million Experience Lost Daily, Friends That Have Given Up..we Should Be Compensated For Our Patience

    I've got the same error. I update for an hour only to have the inability to log in. that's messed up that there is no support for this problem. This is ridiculous. Get better support PWI, and look at the freakin' forums.

    Unfortunatly, I agree. This post has been up for nearly two days, yet no GM has responded.

    Nor have they responded to the ticket I submitted yet.
