What about previous offers for ZEN completed?

I completed a couple of the offers for ZEN before it went down for maintenance, but never received the ZEN for it. One was the Twilight survey that gave a reward once you installed a toolbar (no doubt rife with adware and spyware and malware). I did that, but never got the ZEN for it. I filed a ticket, but got no help in response.

Are you people not honoring previously completed offers?

    you people? b:chuckle whoa there! Have you sent in a ticket about it? We have said in a few other threads that we will resolve any outstanding offer issues as long as a ticket is sent under the subject "ZEN related" in the web ticketing system b:victory

    I submitted a ticket in regards to one of the Free Zen promotions. I am sure that you have quite a few of them.

    I completed one of the promotions and never received the Zen for it. I also provided them with screen-shots of the time and date of sign-up so as to be sure it was done in accordance with the promotion.

    Customer Service was quick in there response:

    Hello,

    For issues regarding zen offered. Please send a ticket to the customer support
    listed on the http://perfectworld.com/offers in the "offer status" section after you
    have logged into your account. You will need to click the little question mark
    located in "Offers in Progress" and fill out the following form. We apologize for
    any inconvenience.

    Thank you for playing!


    However, I had to respond back saying that there was not that option in the link sent to view or even log a ticket in that category.

    I have since not received a response upon letting them know that there was not the option that they had given.

    Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. All other Free Zen promotions were promptly and accurately received.

    I got the same reply and experience as the previous poster did, and yes, I submitted a ticket under the ZEN related topic. I never did get the 200-something ZEN i was owed for completing the offer and putting that garbage on my system.

    Oh, and under offer status, there is absolutely nothing now. It seems like all previous offers completed were erased by your system. I want the ZEN that's owed to me. >.<
