How many here are tired of threds being closed by GMs just because?

I know as soon as i post this it will be closed. I call this customer service avoidence. They dont want to deal with the problems so they dont. They just say "Submit a ticket" and close the thred. I understand that they are bussy but come on. If the truth hurts that bad then PWI needs new employes or they need to hire more to keep up with the work flow. I know plenty of ppl that would give to work for PWI. You have ppl quiting and you have ppl that are ready to quit playing. Please work on your customer service skills.

    Everyone and then some open threads which is very chaotic. If there is already a thread yes we will close because multiple threads about one topic is spam.
