I want to apolagize for coming off so blunt. How ever this is not the first time things have not worked the way they are suposed to. Put your selfs in my shoes. Wouldent you be angry if you were looking fowered to this mount then you spend an hour updating just to find you dident recive the mount? I know you all are very bussy and i thank you for all your hard work.

    Not everyone gets the mount. Only the people who started within the first month of release will get it.

    My GF introduced me to the game when it came out. I know this because my BDay is in sept.

    If you have already submitted a ticket, you are not going to gain anything by posting about it on the forums as well. There is nothing we can do from here. Please be patient and wait for your ticket to be resolved.
