How do you change your Venomacer's Animal Preset?

I've been seeing other Venomacers with different ears and tails then my Venomacer, like devil, cat, deer(?), etc. And i researched and found out its called Animal Presets, or something, but i don't know how to get it? Is there a level you have to be ?

    Nope - it's in the character customisation / creation screen. When you choose your skin colour etc.

    If you have had your character more than 2 days it's too late to go back to that screen - but you can buy a 'makeover scroll', or get one from a quest at level 29, to go back there.

    Or, since you're only level 6, just create a new character.

    oh okay thanks a lot i guess i missed that when i was creating my character. :)
