Sorry to bother you GM's but your system for the sign up date seems a bit off. I signed up this account on 8-10-2008 according to my email. According to the forums it says i signed up on 2-17-2009. Not to mention on my friends account she signed up during closed beta and it says she signed up today, yet she has been playing since May...... Just figured I'd let you guys know

    The forum sign up is the forum sign up date. Meaning the day you chose your avatar and made a post.

    Ahhh Thanks :). I surely hope they don't judge the FREE (but ugly, but FREEEEEEE!!!) mount on the forum sign up. Cause anyone can be a forum jumky :) but to play the game it counts *Bribs the fact that i wan't the ugly mount*

    i got the same problem its not really important as i made my account in october or november but im sure i made this char december latest yet the daye says march
    its impossible to always do the right thing we all make mistakes i am not different from that
    just try to be a good person

    If you want to find the real sign up date. Search your email for the term "Perfect World" and find the confirmation e-mail.

    So Im having a bit of a dilemma figuring out when I started playing. Im FAIRLY sure I started before Sept 30th 2008 (I know because I was playing this and a free WoW trial at the same time (WoW lost my interest fast) and it stated that I created my account for it on Sept 12th.), and I wanna know how to figure out when I started other than checking for an email that no longer exists in my email.

    Best option is to switch your avatar to your account (the ? one) then going to your profile. Join date is in the top right.

    Mounts are sent out according to the date your account was created; the forum only lists the date you started posting on that particular avatar. Which, according to our records Meiko, was indeed in August. The mounts were sent to the highest level character on your account; if you did not get one, or if you want it on a different character, please submit a ticket to customer support.

    For anyone else wondering this, if you didn't get the mount, chances are good that you registered your account too late. Remember too that the mounts were sent to the highest level character on your account, so that's where you should be checking. If you did not get one and think you should have, or if you wanted the mount on a different character on your account, submit a ticket to customer support and they will assist you.

    When I check the join date under my ? avatar it says 10-18-2008, which is the day I started using the forums. I know I started actually playing the game in September because my roommate signed up while I was on vacation on the Labour Day weekend, and when I got back one week later she got me playing it. So the fact that this is based on the forum date, which I didn't know existed right away or I would have signed up then, really ticks me off. Not everyone uses things like that.

    It's not based on forum dates, it's based on the date your account was created. Check the highest level character on your account, and if it's not there please submit a ticket to customer support.

    I did not get my mount, is the mount only available to players who are lvl 30 or higher? I am currently level 20 and will i able to get my mount when i turn 30? if so, how? Thanks.

    Your account was created this month.

    Only for players who made an account Before September 30th 2008 and have a character over level 5 are eligible for this mount.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    I created this account on august, and even if i created a account today which is september 3rd and would still qualify because it says accounts created BEFORE september 30th.

    I have the same problem as you guys with the registry... I started playing PWI back in august 2008. I know this because My xbox got the red ring of death on august 5 2008 and I sent it in on August 7 after I printed out all my info and shipping info. august 7 is the day that I registered on pwi and I remember this because it was the day I sent my xbox in for repairs.
