question about zen

hello i was wondering if anyone knows if we can transfer zen to another pw game , i had bought 50$ worth and put it all on jade dynasty , but now i dont play jd anymore i play pwi and i really dont want the zen to go to waste and just sit there on jd when im playing pwi . so if anyone knows how i can get it to transfer back to my wallet so i can put it on pwi or maybe they can just transfer it for me from jd to pwi . i already sent in a ticket im just waiting for there response .
