lagging sound?

Lately (since a few days) my sound is some sort of lagging...
it keeps on "sticking". (don't know if that's the right word, but that's what the online translator said) b:sweat
it especially does that while using skills like venomous scarab and heal pet.
I tried playing music in windows media player and on youtube... but there aren't any issues there...
anyone else has this problem? or is my computer freaking out?

    What kind of CPU do you have?

    How much system RAM?

    What version of Windows do you have?

    What is the make and complete model number of your system?

    What video chipset/card do you have?
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    oke, got all the information via diagnostic tool... hope it's right... I'm not so good with computers b:surrender

    -AMD Athlon 64 X2 Duel Core processor 5000+, MMX, 3DNow (2CPU's)

    -1792MB RAM

    -Windows XP home edition (5.1, build 2600)

    -emh.. could that be this: PC-711647271CCB ?

    -I gues that's what chiptype? that says: ATI Radeon X1200 series (0x791E)
