spirit loss and player-killing

So..you probably heard that when you are player-killed, you lose spirit...i know i did hear that...however, i already heard it wasn't true too.
What i wanted to know is if you lose or not spirit when you are player-killed.

    Never heard of this. Unless spirit = exp. Then no, you do not lose exp when you get pk'd.

    LIES. You lose the spirit to play the game b:shocked. But seriously, no. Only thing that you can lose by death are your non-bound inventory/equipment items.

    As far as I'm concerned you only lose EXP and Spirit when kill by a mob. When killed by a player you only have a chance to lose/drop items depending on how lucky you are. Then again, if you have dolls, you don't have to worry about any of that.

    Be warned their is a player killing trick where players drop you hp down quite low as you fight a monster and let the monster kill you. This can be made much more devastating by the plyer using slow or stun spells on you.
