Need a little help.

I'm level 28 and currently trying to do spiritual cultivation and various other quests. Problem is, I can't survive for very long even with resting in-between. So I figured I'd grind for a bit just to bump my level up. I'm told wizards are best against water mobs but I don't know where best to train at level 28.

Can anyone direct me to a place?

    doesn't matter where you grind at that level, wizards just suck until later on. You will see your first real improvements around 60ish... I don't remember what mobs are good to grind on at that level, but you should really just be doing quests to level yourself up. Quests shouldn't run out until somewhere in the 40's.

    Do you reckon I should wear LA until 50/60? Or should I stay arcane for a while.

    i started as LA since level 1. i never had trouble leveling or grinding. i'm switching to pure at 90.

    as you get higher things get easier

    I started as Arcane since level 1. I never had any trouble leveling or grinding:) Its just personal preference, arcane might be a bit more dieing, but I find it more fun too...just learn to play your class and you'll be fine with both.

    I always been arcane.
    But that's not the issue here.
    lady, u need to lvl up some of your skills, like Gush, Pyro and Divine Pyro.
    Use DP as opener, then Gush/pyro/gush and the mob should be dead. Sometime you need to kite a little bit, but that's ok, u won't need to do it for long ( a couple of lvls).
    After that, everything will fall before it hits you.

    Check out antelope pups around silver pool they are level 30 combination of water and melee at silver pool and stairway to heaven area. Water mobs and the added bonus of dropping lots of hay (sells for about 5-7k) and dew of herbs (dq item) so you will also make lots of coin b:pleased

    If you are having touble surviving in lower levels I highly recommend
    Life powder (lvl 1 apothecary)
    It increases your hp regeneration by 50 for 10 minutes.
    Focus(?) powder (lvl 2 apothecary)
    Increases mp regeneration by 50 for 10 minutes definately worth looking into

    I had that problem for a long while. I could only kill a few things and then have to meditate. I was meditating more than killing. That's not an issue anymore, wellspring quaff and glacial embrace majorly took care of that problem. Just wait, as said a million times before, wizards are late bloomers.

    same but will of the pheonix solved that problem for me. xD as for ranged physical mobs (those dam cow archers) just do your heavy nuke then gush and run and gush and run~ since your range is way longer then their range. =p *wellspring quaff for me right now just ends up making me rest more DX waaah i want advanced spark~~*sad hamster* b:cry

    also Cholla me feel your pain. DX i was killed quite alot by archer mobs AFTER i killed them. but now i just spam gush and run. xD
