Few questions - flying, movement

Can anyone tell me how to fly? Since which lvl can I fly if i'm blademaster? Where should i go and how much i need to pay?

Is there any items which increase permanently movement speed?

Is there any way to minimalize game window (in full screen mode) and be able after to still play?

Since which lvl can i make a guild? How much it costs?

    1) To fly as a bm youll have to wait till lvl 30 to get your first aerogear, once u get it.. u equip it and just press fly.

    2) there are widgets in the cash shop wich u may buy wich increase speed however that isnt necessary... just buy new aerogear from there

    3) u can make a guild at lvl 20, it will cost 100k to start it

    You can not use widgets on the quested blade and there is one you can buy for lvl 20s.
    Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    lvl 30 if u want it free...u cna also buy a gourd which is 20+

    um...mounts?pots which increase ur speed by XX% for XX seconds....also TT(twilight temple) boots have some speed increase

    yes i play like that alll the time and its quite nice actualy....

    There are no "permanent" speed increases. However, both boots and capes have a chance of having a small (+0.1-0.2m/s) speed increase bonus on them. Also, as mentioned you can get a mount.
