    Are you sure you're not confusing the one on Nameless with the badass worldboss up north? "Cerberean Sentinel" up in the Harshlands below Eden's entrance?
    As far as I'm aware, the one on Nameless is an NPC you chat with. :)

    First, he has to go on a long quest to find the one weapon that can kill it. Then, he has to find the hidden key to the cage (which for some reason the monster stuck in a completely different part of the wold). Then, and only then, can he come back, kill the monster, and free the girl.

    Well, yeah. Don't you know anything about this whole kidnapping thing? No matter how big the cage, or how wide apart the bars, the kidnapped person can't leave without someone to rescue her/him.
